James at Install Pros has been amazing. Although I’ve had a few teething problems with setting up my 3 Landline Extensions James has been like a dog with a bone and hasn’t stopped investigating the problem and has got it sorted. Simon is perfect for the job that he does!

My scenario was a little complex and numerous. After three months trying to get broadband the conventional way, I ended up calling Instal Pros, as I was advised to do so by someone in the broadband provision business.

Apprehensive I did call Install Pros and Simon was on the other end.

He listened and empathise and I could tell that my scenario of let down after let down(causing me much grief and loss of reputation, as I work from home) Simon was very understanding and then began to ask me questions to enable him to determine a solution.

Simon proposed the solution and we discussed the varying aspects of it and I decided to go for it.

The big difference with Install Pros is that you instantly and always get to speak to a human being, not a robot it AI. There is no waiting and once you speak to and Install Pro person, they stay with you as you have a direct line of communication to them and they to you, which is beyond comforting, given the dozens of hours I have spent on hold with other companies, only to then get a robot only then for the line to drop out and always with zero progress.

So after three very time consuming and frustrating months trying to get broadband installed into my home and nothing happening for due to 100's of excuses; I called Install Pros, spoke to Simon and it was book for three working days later!! Enough said I think.

I was so impressed with the service, knowledge and competence of Summer.
She was like a complete breath of fresh air in what had been a sea of complete morons. If the proposed installation takes place as promised & paid for on Thursday somebody needs to thank Summer.
